An independent booking service

This website is operated by Apollo Trading UG, independently of El Badi Palace attraction. Official venue tickets are available directly without our service fee.

1.  Scope of service

We arrange admission and provide booking support. After procurement, our team supplies genuine admission PDFs by email. Selecting a time or receiving a payment receipt is not an admission ticket.

2.  Prices & fees

Selected ticket prices and your total are shown in euros. Review the experience, ticket categories and quantities before continuing.

3.  Changes & refunds

The Refund policy sets out cancellation restrictions, full-refund exceptions and processing times. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
