An independent service, clearly explained

badipalace.org is being developed as an independent ticket facilitation service operated by Apollo Trading UG, with its office at Arnstädter Straße 50, 99096 Erfurt, Germany. Our role is to help customers arrange a visit through our team. We do not operate El Badi Palace or its official ticket office.

Knowing who is responsible for your purchase is the beginning of trust. The destination, the business handling your order and the authority controlling admission are distinct. The Moroccan Ministry of Culture provides historical context through the reference below.

Clarity before commitment

Our approach is built around informed decisions. Before choosing a service, a customer should understand what it adds, which admission it covers, what it costs and what happens next. A familiar name or an attractive photograph cannot answer those questions on its own.

The intended workflow is straightforward: choose the access and visitor categories, request a suitable date and time, review the full cost and conditions, then receive clear information about the outcome. Each step should explain the next without rushing the decision.

A fair comparison starts with the full price

Fair pricing means making the whole purchase understandable. Our service prices are shown in euros: Foreigner Adult €25, Moroccan or Resident €15 and Child aged 6–17 €18. The total follows the categories and quantities selected. These are independent facilitation prices; they should not be confused with the venue’s own direct admission tariff.

Compare like with like: the same venue access, visitor category, date, party size and included charges. A direct admission price and a facilitated booking may cover different things. A starting price may apply to a reduced category and say little about the cost for another visitor.

Our pricing approach does not rely on a lowest-price claim. The useful question is whether the complete offer and its conditions make sense for your visit. Take time to read the breakdown and consider the direct venue option alongside it.

Choose the right access

Read the admission and any additional options included in an experience. Similar titles can describe different access, and a reduced visitor category may require identification. Check the party details carefully before continuing.

The venue determines its admission conditions. A requested time is not the same as confirmed availability, and facilitation does not create an exception to an entry rule. The ticket you receive must correspond to the visit you have agreed.

Know where your booking stands

Clear language matters most when a transaction is in progress. A booking request, a payment outcome and an admission ticket describe different stages. They should never be treated as interchangeable.

  1. Your request

The access, party and preferred visit you ask the team to arrange.

  2. Your payment

The payment outcome established by the payment provider, including whether it is still pending.

  3. Your admission ticket

The genuine document supplied for the agreed visit, with its applicable entry details and conditions.

A genuine ticket, supplied by the team

Under the intended fulfilment process, our team emails the genuine admission ticket. The document needs to match the customer and the agreed visit. A payment receipt or booking reference alone is not a substitute for admission.

Read the ticket when it arrives and keep it available for your visit. If the date, time, access or visitor details differ from what you agreed, seek clarification before relying on it. A change to the booking should also prompt a check of the ticket already supplied.

Care with your information

A careful purchase includes checking the web address, the business identity and the final amount. Keep admission documents and access codes private rather than posting them publicly. Avoid sending payment-card details in an ordinary email or message.

Security language should describe something verifiable. A payment logo, an official-looking badge or a confident phrase is not proof of a relationship. Our independent status should remain visible throughout the experience, together with the information needed to understand the service.

Understand the conditions before you need them

Read how changes, cancellations, missed entry and refunds are treated before buying. The facilitator's service terms and the venue's admission conditions may cover different responsibilities. Neither should be assumed to override the other.

When asking for help, explain what was selected and what needs clarification. The appropriate contact route and service conditions should be clear at purchase. No visitor should have to infer a refund promise, response time or delivery deadline from general reassurance.

Context makes a better-informed visit

Knowledge of the destination is useful when it helps you ask better questions. Our cultural pages connect a short introduction with sources you can follow, while the planning pages organize practical considerations.

The aim is a service whose role, cost and process can be understood before a decision is made. Explore the place, compare the options and choose the arrangement that suits you.
