Are you the official ticket office?
We are an independent booking service operated by Apollo Trading UG. We are not affiliated with El Badi Palace.
How will I receive my tickets?
Once booking opens, admission tickets will be sent to the email address provided with the order. For help, email booking@badipalace.org with your booking reference.
Can I change my date or time?
After processing and ticket allocation, customer-requested changes are unavailable. See the Refund policy for exceptions and statutory rights.
What is included in my ticket?
The experience covers admission to El Badi Palace in Marrakech, Morocco. Service prices are €25 for Foreigner Adult, €15 for Moroccan or Resident and €18 for Child aged 6–17. A child ticket requires an accompanying adult or resident ticket.
What if I arrive late?
Follow the date, time and entry instructions on your admission ticket. Contact booking@badipalace.org if you need help with your booking.
